Deacon Charles Jenkins

September 7, 1935 - April 17, 2026


Deacon Charles Jenkins passed away Friday, April 17, 2026 at the age of 90. He was surrounded by his family and died peacefully in his home. 


Deacon "Charley" was ordained on September 26, 1976 by Archbishop Joseph L. Bernardin at St. Peter in Chains Cathedral. Upon his ordination, he was assigned to Our Lady of Victory Parish and served his parish faithfully for 44 years before moving into senior status in 2020. 


Our Lady of Victory Parish gratefully acknowledges Deacon Charley's 44 years of dedicated service to our parish and to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
