Why the Hughes Family Loves Victory

c20lx9y87z6cnn7lua7tw4l6bvl.pngMy husband Nathan and I, along with our three kids, joined Our Lady of Victory parish 8 years ago when our oldest daughter was going into the 1st grade.  We looked at a few different schools before choosing Victory and when we went to the open house it blew us away!  Everything from the art room, offering Spanish to the kids, and the ambassadors club were very impressive to us.  We felt at home at Victory from the moment we began!  Everyone was so welcoming and we truly felt like we belonged there.  We now have an 8th grader and our twins are in 4th grade and we still love everything Victory is!!  We’ve had nothing but a great experience here.  The kids have loved their teachers every year and it’s so fun to see them learn, grow and blossom.

Five years ago I participated in the Christ Renews His Parish Women’s Retreat and it was an amazing experience.  I met so many wonderful women and was able to grow in my relationship with God and the other women on the retreat with me.  I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about going on this retreat to do it!  I didn’t know anyone going in and left the weekend with many new friends who I still keep in touch with.

Victory is a wonderful place and my family and I absolutely love it here!
